BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Prices, itinerary and availability are subject to change at the discretion of We Be Trippin', LLC & Margaritaville At Sea Cruise Line without notice. Please note that by joining us on any experience gives We Be Trippin' Travel Group permission to use any and all photographs/videos for media and release. To be a part of our group and attend our events, it is mandatory to make a reservation exclusively through We Be Trippin' Travel Group or our certified Wave Jam partners. Failure to do so will result in exclusion. Wristbands will be distributed during the check-in process.
DEPOSITS: For our traditional payment plan, the deposit is due at checkout. Once the FINAL payment is received for all persons on your reservation, that can begin the berthing and room assignment process. Room assignments / Booking IDs are provided usually no later than 30 days of sailing. Registration must be reserved in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Nicknames are not permitted. Any requested name changes/corrections will incur a $50 fee after August 15.
CANCELLATION: All deposits and subsequent payments are non-refundable. You will need travel insurance to receive any compensation. You must keep your payments current to avoid cancellation. In the case of cancellation on Margaritaville At Sea's behalf, all monies paid refunded.
CHANGES: General changes are allowed for free up until your room is assigned only. Once your room has been assigned, a change fee of $50 will apply.
PAYMENTS: Choose between two payment options: Monthly payments (when available) or Pay in Full. If not paying in full, ensure to make monthly payments to maintain your reservations. Monthly payments are REQUIRED to keep your reservation current. Failure to make a payment on the scheduled date or skipping a payment, your reservation(s) may automatically cancel without notice. All monies will be forfeited. Late fee of $25 will be applied after due date has passed. If your trip is cancelled, a reinstatement fee of $100 will apply to reinstate the reservation. The final due date is August 15, 2024. Any reservations not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and all monies forfeited. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Refunds will not be given due to roommate abandonment. Please ensure your roommate has made his/her reservations and are making timely payments as required. If 75 days before departure there is no roommate available, you will be required to pay the single rate to retain your booking.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel Insurance can protect you if you need to cancel after final payment, your baggage gets lost, you get hurt on your trip and more. Factors such as state of residency, age of traveler and trip destination are all included in determining the cost. You have the right to acquire external travel insurance for your trip. In the event of trip cancellation, you must file your claim with the respective insurance company.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Currently, only proof of citizenship (birth certificate) and a government-issued photo ID is required to cruise to the ports on our schedule. However, we HIGHLY RECOMMENDED you take a PASSPORT or a US PASSPORT CARD on your cruise. Without a passport, you will not be permitted to fly into or depart some of the places visited by air if necessary, even in case of an emergency. Please note: passports need to be valid for 6 months from your return date. Any guest traveling without proper documentation will be denied boarding and will not be offered a refund or a replacement cruise. This prior information pertains to U.S. citizens only and passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents.

- An official Facebook group has been created Wave Jam Cruisers 2024! to provide a platform for attendees to obtain important information, engage in discussions, share pictures, coordinate plans with friends, ask questions, make new acquaintances, and get excited!
- We advise all attendees to plan their arrival at the Port of Palm Beach before 3PM on Friday, September 20, 2024.
- A full itinerary will be provided 30 days before travel, if not earlier.
- For triple and quadruple occupancy, the rooms are equipped with Pullman beds or alternatively, the king-sized bed can be split into two singles.
- We reserve the right to be selective: in the event that your conduct during the vacation fails to meet our established standards, we retain the right to withdraw your wristband and prohibit your attendance at our exclusive events for the duration of your stay. This encompasses, but is not confined to, excessive consumption of alcohol resulting in hazardous behavior jeopardizing your own well-being or that of fellow guests; non-compliance with resort regulations, which includes the unlawful use of drugs; and displaying inconsiderate or impolite behavior towards our staff, fellow travelers, and team members.
